Dr. Despina Mavromati ist eine anerkannte Expertin für internationales Sportrecht und eine Schiedsrichterin beim Schiedsgericht für Sport(CAS). Sie berät Vereine, Sportler und Verbände in Vertrags-, Disziplinar- und Governance-Angelegenheiten. Außerdem unterstützt sie bei Anerkennungs- und Vollstreckungsverfahren von Schiedssprüchen. Dr. Mavromati ist ein Mitglied der UEFA-Finanzkontrollkammer (UEFA CFCB) und war früher als Schiedsrichterin in mehreren Schiedsgerichten internationaler Verbände tätig (World Athletics Disciplinary Tribunal; International Tennis Federation Independent Tribunal; Gymnastics Ethics Foundation; International Powerlifting Federation Doping Hearing Panel).
