We advise domestic and international companies and individuals on all aspects of contract law and support them with the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of complex contracts, including sales contracts, manufacturing contracts, contracts for the supply of work and materials, distribution agreements, agency agreements, license agreements, consortium agreements as well as service agreements.
