In June 2024, the shareholder of Anesthesia Holding SA sold 100% of its shares to Anesthesia MBO Holding SA. 

The Anesthesia Group has been offering comprehensive state-of-the-art anesthesia services for over ten years. It has operations in Fribourg, Lausanne and Gümligen. To ensure that the exceptional quality of its services is maintained, the shareholder has decided to sell its shares to Anesthesia MBO Holding SA as part of a management buy-out.
