Alexandra Uffer

Alexandra Uffer is an associate in our Geneva office. As a specialist in employment law, she advises and represents national and international companies, as well as individuals, on all issues relating to employment relationships, including unfair or immediate dismissals, collective redundancies, transfers of undertakings, prohibitions on post-contractual competition, compensation plans and body leasing activities. She assists our clients with disciplinary procedures and regularly conducts internal investigations. She is also active in the field of social security and immigration. Alexandra Uffer was admitted to the bar in 2016. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in law from the University of Fribourg. She also studied at the University of Southampton in England.
