Cyrill Süess is a recognized expert in civil and commercial litigation representing international and domestic clients before state courts and arbitral tribunals. He gained experience over several years working at various courts and law firms in London and Germany. His comprehensive knowledge of civil procedure law and his experience with contractual and non-contractual disputes enhance his advisory practice and enable him to identify potential problems early and respond accordingly. During his LL.M. studies at Queen Mary University of London, he deepened his knowledge of arbitration, among other areas. Additionally, he regularly advises on labor and family law disputes. He also serves as a part-time deputy judge at the District Court of Dietikon.
