An experienced tax adviser, David Perlotto's practice focuses on Swiss and international corporate and individual taxation.

David Perlotto's professional background includes extensive experience of international corporate taxation, transfer pricing issues, the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and individual taxation. He worked for almost 15 years as inhouse Tax Director of various multinational companies active in the technology, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors. He was responsible for tax matters in the EMEA, LATAM and ASIA, as well as setting up European headquarters in Switzerland, including transfer pricing and international tax issues.

In addition to his B.A. in Economics from the University of Lausanne (HEC), David Perlotto holds a LL.M. in International Tax Law from the University of Leiden.

David Perlotto is also a lecturer in individual taxation at EXPERTsuisse SA, the training organisation for Swiss tax experts.
