Our partners contribute to the 2025 edition of the Commentaire romand, published by Helbing Lichtenhahn

Deborah Hondius is co-author of the commentary on Articles 179 to 179quater of the Swiss Criminal Code in the second edition of the Commentaire romand « Code pénal II » (CP II). 

These provisions concern offences against the secret or private domain, including the violation of private secrets, the interception and recording of conversations between third parties, unauthorised recording of conversations, and breaches of privacy through the use of imaging devices.

Nicolas de Gottrau is co-author of the commentary on Articles 95 to 100 of the Federal Act on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy in the second edition of the Commentaire romand  « Poursuite et faillite » (LP). 

These provisions address the process of seizure, specifically the order of seizure, its legal effects, the valuation of seized assets, and security measures relating to movable property, claims, and other rights.
