Amir Djafarrian

Born in 1981, Amir Djafarrian holds a Bachelor's degree in law (2007) and a Master's degree in law (2009) from the University of Lausanne. Following two years of legal training at LKNR & Associés, he was admitted to the bar in 2009. With over a decade of practice, he has extensive experience in employment law, underpinned by extensive litigation experience. He advises and represents the interests of both employees and employers in complex matters. In addition to his litigation practice, he provides strategic advice on both preventative measures and dispute resolution. He joined the firm as an associate in January 2014 and was appointed partner in January 2022.
