Elliott Duplan

Elliott Duplan is an associate in the litigation and arbitration department of the firm’s Geneva office. He acts in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings, as well as in arbitration.

He completed his traineeship with the firm, during which he focused primarily on civil and commercial disputes and international arbitration. A doctoral candidate in employment law, he also possesses solid expertise in that field.

He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the University of Fribourg. His academic background reflects a broad range of legal interests, including a distinction in European law, participation in the Paris international arbitration moot, and a study visit to Hamburg to develop his understanding of maritime law.

Alongside his studies, he gained practical experience working at another law firm, where he was involved in the amicable resolution of disputes, including through conciliation and mediation.

Fluent in French, English and German, he practises in all three languages.
