Johanna Muheim

Johanna Muheim joined valfor in Lausanne/Pully on 1 February 2025. She previously worked as a clerk at the Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut District Court and completed her legal training at Mercuris Avocats (now valfor) in Lausanne.

Johanna Muheim completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in law at the Universities of Fribourg and Leipzig (Germany). She worked as a civil law assistant at the University of Geneva for five years and defended her doctoral thesis on the distribution of indirect costs for children in the event of separation of a couple in a common-law relationship on 20 December 2023, for which she was awarded the distinction Summa cum laude.

She Muheim specialises in family law and also advises on succession matters, employment law, criminal law, social security, and the protection of adults and children.
