Martine Loertscher

Martine Loertscher mainly provides legal support to human resources departments. She has over 25 years' experience in Swiss labour law and spent nine years working in the legal department of Logitech Europe SA, where she was responsible for providing legal advice on labour law, managing litigation and setting up new companies in the EMIEA region.

She assists her clients in all areas related to human resources, i.e. employment law, including litigation, collective redundancies, severance agreements, etc. She also advises on social insurance matters, particularly in coordination with European Union countries. Her close relationships with cantonal and federal authorities enable her to quickly and efficiently handle applications for the necessary permits for immigration, evening or night work, service leasing, etc.
