Specialized in litigation, Mathieu Granges has  been involved in more than twenty commercial and investment arbitration cases and proceedings both ad hoc and institutional (Swiss Rules, ICC, LCIA and ICSID) governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws; he has experience in various fields such as sale and purchase agreements, Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts; he has been acting as counsel notably in steel transaction dispute and highly technical construction cases in Switzerland and abroad and filed several appeals against arbitration awards before the Swiss Federal Tribunal on behalf of private entities and States, including intra-EU investment treaty.

Mathieu Granges is also appearing regularly before State Courts in commercial cases and is practicing in particular commercial contract law, labour law and real estate law. In connection with insolvency law, he provides advice and assistance notably in asset freezing proceedings, composition proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings.

Finally, Mathieu Granges has a strong experience in matter of recognition and enforcement of court decisions, arbitration awards and foreign bankruptcy decrees.
