Norma Garcia

Norma Garcia joined valfor as a Junior Associate in August 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Lausanne and a Master of Law from the University of Zurich, and has obtained postgraduate certificates in European climate policy and energy regulation. After completing her studies, she gained experience advising on both international and domestic regulatory matters. As a Legal Specialist, she advised global financial institutions and multinational companies on sustainability and corporate responsibility regulations across various jurisdictions, in particular the EU, US and UK. She also worked as a Legal Consultant in the financial services sector, advising financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters.
