Patrizia Lorenzi joined GHR Rechtsanwälte in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, she pursued a career as a law clerk at the Court of Appeals of the Canton of Bern, as a member of the legal department of regional power supplier EWB Energie Wasser Bern and as legal counsel at the Swiss Federal Office of Energy SFOE. Patrizia Lorenzi's practice focuses on employment and social security as well as energy and natural resources. She advises employers and corporations in all matters relating to employment, employment contracts, terms of employment, international executive transfer, residence and work permits and employment related aspects in M&A transactions. In addition, Patrizia Lorenzi represents employers and employees in relation to hiring and termination as well as the enforcement of employment related claims. In the energy and natural resources sector, she acts for power supply and utilities companies, energy traders and public institutions.
