Patrizia Lorenzi joined GHR Rechtsanwälte AG (now valfor) in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, she pursued a career as a law clerk at the Court of Appeals of the Canton of Bern, as a member of the legal department of the bernese power supplier ewb and as legal counsel at the Swiss Federal Office of Energy SFOE. Patrizia Lorenzi's practice focuses on employment and social security as well as energy and natural resources. She advises employers and corporations in all matters relating to employment, employment contracts, terms of employment, international executive transfer, residence and work permits and employment related aspects in M&A transactions. In addition, Patrizia Lorenzi represents employers and employees in the enforcement of employment related claims.
