Rolf Hartmann focuses on employment law and dispute resolution. As a recognized expert with years of experience in employment related matters, he advises employers in all areas of labor and public personnel law, with a particular emphasis on drafting employment law contracts and terms of employment as well as providing assistance on cross-border executive transfers, obtaining work and residence permits, and providing employment and social security law advice in connection with M&A transactions. In addition, Rolf Hartmann represents employers and employees in relation to hiring and termination as well as the enforcement of employment related claims. As a litigator, he represents domestic and international clients in commercial matters and is admitted to all courts in Switzerland.
