Nicolas de Gottrau contributes, alongside Professor Julia Xoudis, to the second edition of the "Recueil des contrats commerciaux"

Nicolas de Gottrau and Prof. Julia Xoudis have contributed to the second edition of the Recueil de contrats commerciaux, edited by Sylvain Marchand, Christine Chappuis and Laurent Hirsch, published in December 2025. Their contribution focuses on the “Contrat de cession globale de créances à fin de garantie / General Assignment of Claims by Way of Security.”
