Notarial services at valfor | Promotion of Stipe Jozic to Managing Associate

We are very pleased to announce the expansion of our in-house notarial services: valfor now offers notarial services in addition to its existing capabilities in Sion (lead by Christophe de Kalbermatten) also at our new office in Zug (lead by Stipe Jozic).

The notaries at valfor support national and international clients in all corporate transactions that require notarization or the preparation of formal legal documents under Swiss and other applicable law. In addition, the notaries at valfor provide notarial services to private clients in connection with succession planning and inheritance matters.

We would like to congratulate Stipe Jozic on his promotion to Managing Associate as of 1 July 2024. Stipe Jozic specializes in advising listed and privately held companies, shareholders and investors in the areas of corporate law, commercial law and national and international transactions (M&A | Private Equity | Joint Ventures). His other areas of practice include corporate restructuring, financial law, public procurement and general contract law. Stipe Jozic deepened his expertise with a Masters Degree (LL.M.) in International Financial Law at the University of Sussex (UK). He works as a notary at valfor's Zug office with a focus on corporate notarizations.

Stipe Jozic is fluent in German, English and Croatian.
