Stipe Jozic advises listed and privately held companies, shareholders and investors on all aspects of corporate law, including domestic and international transactions (M&A | Private Equity | Joint Ventures). A particular focus of his practice lies in commercial law (including manufacturing, supply and project contracts), public procurement law as well as financing law. He has extensive experience in structuring and implementing complex national and international projects and transactions. Stipe Jozic also heads the notarial practice at the Zug office, with a focus on corporate notarizations. In addition to his legal practice, Stipe Jozic serves as a member of the board of directors of various companies.
