Matthias Suter advises privately held and listed companies primarily in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions as well as commercial and contract law. He studied law at the Universities of Zurich, Lausanne and Uppsala and gained professional experience in the legal department of a major industrial group during his studies. After completing his Masters degree, Matthias Suter worked as a junior associate at BianchiSchwald (now valfor) and as a clerk at the District Court of Winterthur.
