Investors acquired Küng AG Bern

Investors advised by valfor have successfully acquired Küng AG Bern, a company operating roughly 60 AVIA gas stations (incl. shops and charging points) in central Switzerland. After merger control clearance the transaction has closed end of September. See the press release here.
