Bachofen Group has sold Bachofen AG, the Swiss supplier and manufacturer of leading global products in industrial automation, to the Descours & Cabaud Group. Descours & Cabaud Group, with over 50 companies in 223 locations in all Western European countries, is primarily a supplier of technical products for industrial applications.
