Our Litigation and Private Clients team provides comprehensive support to its clients throughout all phases of a dispute, both in pre-litigation proceedings and before state courts. Our focus is on litigation with a commercial law emphasis, particularly in contract law and family law.

What You Bring:

• Excellent academic qualifications and a Swiss attorney’s license;
• Professional experience as an attorney in the areas of litigation and enforcement, and ideally also as a court clerk;
• A meticulous, independent, and efficient work style, along with a knack for providing personalized advice to clients;
• A strong work ethic, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, and the ability to work well in a team;
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of French is a plus.
