Latest conference of Stéphanie Fuld at the "Matinée du droit du travail et des assurances sociales"

Actualités 30. janvier 2024 Partner Stéphanie Fuld, Certified FSA Expert in Labour Law, contributed to the employee health conference held on 24th January by the Centre Patronal, where she presented the latest updates on psychological harassment, burnt-out, bore-out and stress related behavior at the workplace. Intended for human resources professionals, team leaders and company directors, the aim of the event was to discuss the legal framework applicable to the protection of the employee’s personality and assess the various situations ruled by the Federal court. Her presentation, entitled "Mobbing: a reality or a fad?", provided for valuable information on the consequences and measures to be taken when confronted in the work environment to such prohibited behavior.
