Talia Poleski

Talia Poleski advises private clients and family offices on issues of relocation in Switzerland (residence permit), inheritance law, family law, wealth planning and real estate law.

Talia is also active in the areas of corporate law, including commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and employment law. 

Talia is a member of the Vaud, Geneva, New York as well as Paris bars and has practiced in New York and Paris, enabling her to understand the cross-border issues of Swiss and international clients. 

She obtained the title of FSA mediator from the Swiss Bar Association and practices mediation, according to the specific needs of each individual and the situation, as a mediator and to assist her clients in the process of amicable conflict resolution, seeking tailor-made solutions to their problems.

She works in English, French and Hebrew.
