Zühlke and nxt digital join forces to strengthen financial services capabilities

Zühlke has announced the acquisition of nxt digital, a boutique advisory firm specializing in digital transformation for the financial services industry. nxt digital will continue to operate as a separate entity under the name nxt, part of Zühlke Group.

The acquisition brings together two highly complementary organizations. Zühlke contributes its strong engineering and execution expertise, while nxt digital adds deep banking domain knowledge and pragmatic executive advisory. Together, they will offer a distinctive end-to-end proposition – combining strategic advisory with engineering-driven implementation – designed to serve financial services clients navigating complex transformation challenges.
